What should my athlete bring?

Athletic clothes, training shoes (and cleats for football sessions), and a labeled water bottle. We provide all training equipment. Dress for the weather, since some work is outdoors.

What are drop-off and pick-up like?

Drop off a few minutes before the start time and pick up at the listed end time at our Richland facility, 1973 Fowler Street. A coach is on hand at the start and end of every session.
